"Magnolia (Free Your Mind)" is a good example of how artworks direct the artist towards what they should be. It was originally the whole larger outer circle and all the design and detail involved in it, but it soon came to focus mainly on the center grouping as it began to emerge as the most important element.
"Magnolia (Free Your Mind)" was originally titled 'Free Your Mind' after the Funkadelic song of the same name, but as it changed and moved towards what it became, the name was changed to reflect the change.
